Nexvoo Healthcare takes Payment in Advance or PIA to ensure funds are secured prior to shipment. This limits Nexvoo to exposure to fraudulent transactions, enabling highly competitive rates on all PPE products. Shipments will typically be shipped same or next business day during M-F. Orders received after 1:00, will ship the following day. In the event of products on backorder, tracking will be provided on orders at the time of shipment.
The Nexvoo systems, will send tracking via our online system. All shipments in the US, ship UPS Ground. Invoices are also sent via the system after processing. Please check junk email folders in the event these automated emails are caught in filters.
